Bestseller Group, home to leading fashion brands like Jack & Jones, ONLY, Vero Moda, and Selected, partnered with Tenovia for Tensight.AI solutions to enhance visibility across its omni-channel operations. While the group’s Middleware and Cashfree integrations managed refund processing, the team needed a unified view to track refund statuses and customer redemptions for complete visibility into its COD (Cash on Delivery) refund journey.
Challenges
- Limited visibility into COD refund triggered via SAP
- Inability to track the stages of refunds, from initiation to processing and redemption by customers.
- Integration complexity due to Denmark-based servers and data routing limitations
